1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mr. Breado website, mobile applications, or ordering online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To place food orders, you may register using a valid mobile phone number and email address. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTP).
• Providing accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact details.
• All activities that occur under your account. Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Food Orders, Pricing & Taxes

• Menu Pricing: All prices listed on Mr. Breado are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, packaging charges, and delivery fees as displayed during checkout.
• Item Availability: Since our bakery items and meals are freshly prepared daily, availability may change based on stock. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund.
• Allergies & Dietary Notices: While we follow strict food hygiene practices, our kitchens process wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Customers with severe allergies must exercise caution and mention notes in their order.

4. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience:

• When selecting COD, you agree to pay the total order amount in cash or via rider UPI QR upon delivery.
• Repeatedly placing COD orders and refusing delivery without valid reason may result in account suspension or restriction of COD privileges.

5. Delivery & Timings

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on kitchen preparation time, live traffic, and distance from our kitchen. While our riders strive to deliver within the estimated window, unavoidable delays (such as monsoon rains, road blockages, or peak rush) may occasionally occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, visual illustrations, website designs, recipes, and text content belong exclusively to Mr. Breado and Digontom Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
