1. Delivery Coverage & Serviceable Zones
Mr. Breado delivers across key residential and commercial zones through our network of cloud kitchens and bakery hubs. We currently service locations within a 10km to 15km radius of each kitchen outlet.
You can check serviceability instantly on our website by setting your pin location on the top delivery bar. If your location is outside our standard zone, you will be notified prior to checkout.
2. Delivery Timings & Speed
Typically delivered within 30 to 45 minutes from order confirmation depending on distance and prep time.
Custom bakery orders require baking and cooling time. Pre-order at least 2 to 4 hours in advance or select scheduled slots.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery Fee: ₹25 to ₹40 depending on your distance from our nearest kitchen.
- Surge Pricing: Nominal rain/peak surge fees may apply during severe weather or holiday rush to compensate riders fairly.
- Free Delivery Promotions: Keep an eye out for coupon codes and restaurant deals that offer 100% free delivery!
4. Food Safety & Packaging Standards
Every order is prepared and packed following strict food hygiene protocols:
- Food-grade, tamper-evident sealed packaging to guarantee safety.
- Insulated delivery bags carried by all fleet riders to maintain optimal meal temperature.
- Eco-friendly biodegradable boxes for pastries and baked goods.
5. Contactless Delivery
Prefer contactless delivery? Simply add a delivery note during checkout (e.g., “Leave at door” or “Leave with security gate”). Our delivery executive will drop the package safely and notify you via call.
