Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure your sourdough loaves and sweet pastries arrive at your doorstep in peak oven-fresh condition, Mr. Breado Bakery handles all packing and dispatch with special care.

1. Local Delivery Area & Schedule

We currently deliver to select zones within a 15km radius of our main bakery.

• Delivery Slots: Morning (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) daily.
• Order Cutoff: Sourdough takes 36 hours to proof. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for delivery two days later.
• Delivery Charge: Free delivery for orders above ₹500. A nominal fee of ₹40 applies to orders below this amount.

2. Freshness Guarantee & Packaging

All artisanal bread is cooled properly before being packaged in breathable, recyclable paper bags to preserve the crackly crust. Pastries and celebration cakes are packed in sturdy, shock-resistant bakery boxes. We use local eco-friendly delivery vehicles to ensure quick transit and minimal carbon footprint.

3. In-Store Pickup Option

You can choose to bypass delivery fees and pick up your items directly from our bakery shop located at 12 Baker's Lane, Sourdough Corner:

• Select 'Store Pickup' during checkout.
• Choose a pickup date and hourly window.
• Your items will be packed and held fresh at the counter under your name and order number.

4. Delivery Handover & Non-Contact Option

By default, our delivery team will hand the package directly to you or your building's reception. If you prefer contactless delivery, please specify this in the order notes and ensure a designated safe drop-off spot is available.
